Is It Allowed to Make a Taweez Yourself ?

Q: Is it allowed to make a lot taweez yourselves, which you have found in the internet and to give people to increase their situation?--I have found a few very powerful which increased my awful situation immediately!!!--

I really want to give this power to a lot of other people who needs so much help...or is it allowed to give them in forum like yours?-

Many many thanks for your answer

A:All Praise be to Allah who is the Lord of the Worlds, and may Endless Blessings be showered upon His Most Beloved, and Final Messenger of Islam, Hadrat Muhammad Mustafa (Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa aalihi wa Sallam)

Strictly speaking, it is not the duty of everyone to make 'ta'wiz', and then to distribute them according to his/her own will.

The reason for this is that the person must first be fully acquainted, and be a practicing Muslim, who leads the life according to the shar'iyyah of the Beloved Messenger Salla Allahu 'alayhi wa Sallam.

He must then be free from all open seen sin, which would otherwise class him/her as being a fasiq, for a ta'wiz written by a person who is a 'fasiq' will never have any effect, as he/she had never complied with the shar'iyyah of the Beloved Messenger of Allah Salla Allahu 'alayhi wa Sallam. Note that this can also have the opposite effect of the 'tawiz', and peoples lives can run into spoils or disrepute.

Thirdly, the person must be an 'aamil, to whom permission has been granted from someone who himself has been an 'aamil. An 'aamil is a person who has conducted a few rites, or actions, for the sake of Allah the Almighty, and for His sole pleasure, which are the criteria that grant him the permission to fulfil other written action, or rites and actions, which would help, or cure the problems of other people. Such actions maybe from 40 days, to acting right through his/her entire life, and is a dedication towards the actions to which he commits (i.e. helping people).

The warning against those people who are not an 'aamil, or who do such actions for business purposes, or who do not confine to the shar'iyyah of the Beloved Messenger Salla Allahu 'alayhi wa Sallam, is so severe, that mentioned above , he is not only giving leeway for the contemporaries to criticize this form of help, but is also playing with peoples lives, and making a mock of the religion of Islam.

May Allah the Almighty keep us all away from the mischief of such people.

However, if by chance you happened to make a 'ta'wiz for someone and it happened to work, then shifa' is in the hands of Allah the Almighty. He grants this shifa' to whom He wills, and not grant it to whom He wills. It still does not meet the objective of complying with the prerequisites mentioned above.

May Allah the Almighty grant us all shifa' from all sorts of illnesses, diseases, and difficulties, in times of need. (Amin).

Jazak'Allah for your question.
